This policy is issued by Aleksandra Sikorska, the sole operator of this site and data controller for the information described below.

What I collect

When you submit a booking request through this site, I collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp contact, Instagram handle, a website or link if you give one, project type, preferred date, booking region, shoot location type, whether other people will be present on set, your experience with the genre, budget, how you found me, a moodboard or reference link, and your message.

To prevent spam, I also briefly store a one-way, irreversible hash of your IP address for up to two minutes when you submit the booking form — it can't be traced back to your IP address and is never linked to any other information you provide.

Why I collect it

This information is used solely to respond to your booking inquiry by email or WhatsApp. I do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties beyond what is described below.

I process this information because it's necessary to take steps you've requested before we might work together, and, for the anti-spam IP hash described above, because I have a legitimate interest in protecting this form from abuse.

How long I keep it

Booking requests are stored for up to 12 months from submission — this is the maximum the system enforces automatically. Once a booking has been resolved, whether or not it went ahead, I aim to delete it from the admin panel well before that 12-month ceiling; this part is a manual step on my side rather than something the system does by itself, so the 12 months is the outer bound you should rely on, not a guaranteed shorter number.

As well as being sent to me by email, your booking request is stored in a private admin panel I use to manage inquiries, and is deleted from there on the same timeline described above.

Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial through this site, I collect your name, Instagram handle, and the free-text quote you write. This is separate from the booking form above: I only collect and publish this information because you've explicitly consented to it via the testimonial form's consent checkbox, not as part of any contract between us.

Submitted testimonials are held as pending and reviewed by me before any publication — nothing is published automatically. If a testimonial is approved, it's published on this site. If it's never reviewed, it's kept for up to 12 months from submission, the same outer bound as booking requests. If you'd like an approved testimonial removed from the site, contact me directly through the email or Instagram listed in the footer and I'll take it down.

These providers are based in the United States. Where this involves transferring your data outside the EU/EEA, it's covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under GDPR.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact me directly through the email or Instagram listed in the site footer.
